When we think of the gardens of Southern California, we tend to think of the enormous semiarid landscapes of the Huntington and Rancho Los Alamitos, often built on the sprawling grounds of former ranches. Ok, but not great : Private Landscapes: Modernist Gardens in Southern California
I bought this as it was the only book I could find of modernist landscapes, for that reason it gets four stars...the book itself could be better and more comprehensive with a lot more examples.
